Country Life Farm Partnerships are a great way to get started in the world of Thoroughbred ownership. For more than 30 years, Country Life has used its experience, connections and facilities to offer fun and exciting ownership opportunities at an affordable level.
Our partnerships feature predominantly racehorses, with an occasional broodmare/breeding partnership.
A typical racing partnership includes 20 or more owners in addition to Country Life (who retains an ownership interest in all partnership horses) - each of whom makes an initial financial contribution commensurate with the value of the horse and is then responsible for their share of the horse’s monthly expenses going forward. Usually a single share represents a 2.5% ownership while ongoing monthly expenses are in the range of $80/month.
Broodmare/breeding partnerships are typically smaller, with only 1-5 other partners in addition to Country Life.
