Caitlin has spent her life immersed in the Thoroughbred world—growing up on the farm, helping raise horses, and developing into a hands-on horsewoman who rides and competes as an owner herself. She earned her MBA from Lynn University and is the daughter of one of the leading consignors of 2-year-olds at Wavertree, giving her both business expertise and deep industry roots.
At MyRacehorse, Caitlin serves as Director of Partnerships, leading strategic relationships while also overseeing the Events & Perks team. With more than 100,000 users—over half of them active owners—she is responsible for shaping the ownership experience at scale. That includes leveraging technology, building partnerships with racetracks and trainers, and creating programs that connect thousands of owners to the sport in meaningful ways.
Caitlin is also an active racehorse owner, with interests including the Leinster filly Lennilu, who finished third in the Group 2 Queen Mary Stakes at Royal Ascot in 2025—highlighting her competitive spirit on one of the sport’s biggest international stages.
