Born and raised in Massachusetts, Jim's family had been racing at Suffolk Down and Rockingham Park since the 1960's.  Branching out from the local racing scene, Jim teamed up with numerous partnerships before branching out on his own in 2021.  Stables are based in both New York and Pennsylvania.
