Owner Bio

I most recently raced the mare, Fleur De Lilly as part of the Band On The Run racing stables. She started out as a modest claimer and placed in two stakes earning $120,000 for us.
I arranged the mating and sold the season that produced BRASS HAT and many other good racehorses. I sold stallion seasons at such farms as Dixiana Farm, Spendthrift, Stonewall and Darby Dan Farms for the past 15 years.
I was a jockey during the pioneering times of the 70's then became an equine photographer with both commercial and editorial photographs published in most national and international thoroughbred publications.

My Father, Clarence Picou, the leading apprentice rider in 1948 who went on to be a top trainer for over 30 years including a win in the G1 Super Derby. My Husband, John Oldham rode for nearly 20 years including Two-Year-Old Champion Rockhill Native who won the Blue Grass Stakes.
Uncle, James Picou who was a notable trainer based in New York for many years, now retired.
